Updated Phase 3 Rules Now Posted

The updates to the phase 3 Rules & Regulations, which were recently distributed to all owners and residents, are now finalized and posted here: theeastmarket.ca/phase3/rules.pdf The rules on Quiet Enjoyment (rule 2) and Elevators and Moving (rule 12) were updated, and Pet Access to Second Level Terrace and Gardens (rule 5 k) was added.
