unit combinations

This page lists neighboring units that are potential candidates to be combined together to form a larger unit. Units marked as probably yes have significant portions of adjoining wall that is non-structural framed partition, which could relatively easily be removed. Significant portions of these framed walls are believed to be unobstructed by plumbing or other mechanical services. Note that two units being marked probably yes is not a guarantee that the board will grant permission to combine these units. Units marked as questionable have some non-structural framed wall between units. However, there are serious constraints that make the feasibility of combining these units questionable. These constraints are one or more of: a.) length of non-structural wall not much greater than size of a doorway, b.) significant plumbing or mechanical services that would have to be worked around, and/or c.) the combined unit would likely result in an awkward overall layout. Units marked as no are entirely separated by structural concrete walls.
