The boards of phases 1 and 3 have collaborated in order to establish a set of guidelines concerning retail storefronts and signs. The boards invited the retail unit owners to provide feedback and held a question and answer session with them this spring. Resulting changes have been incorporated into the guidelines, which are now published here. These guidelines will be coming into effect over the coming months. As the existing Declarations require the boards to approve all retail unit signs, these guidelines will help to streamline this process for all involved. The guidelines are expected to evolve over time, and owners and residents are invited to provide feedback on these guidelines at any time.
