Spring Window Cleaning

Please note that Clearview Window Cleaning Ltd. will begin cleaning all inaccessible exterior windows commencing:

Thursday May 5th, 2011 until completion.  

Unfortunately, due to the amount of rain as well as high winds, we are uncertain as to how long it may take to complete the work.  Our contractor has advised that should the weather cooperate and due to the many delays experienced this season work may need to be performed on Saturday.   

Please be advised that the contractor will be doing all windows, including both sides of the balcony.   We count on every owner and resident to take pride in our building’s curb appeal.  

Delivery of this service is dependent on weather.

 

The Government of Ontario has enacted legislation, which prohibits window cleaning in poor weather. Window cleaning is prohibited when the wind gusts above 15km/h, or on days with precipitation. These laws have been created for the safety of all contractors, employees and the well-being of their dependents who work with our Condominium Corporation.  Please be patient if weather slows the delivery of service.

 

Window washing will continue until completed, barring any unforeseen weather.

Should you wish to ensure your privacy, it is recommended you keep your window coverings closed.  If you feel that a window has been missed during the cleaning, please let us know immediately, as the window contractor will not return once they have left the building.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and cleaning of your accessible windows.  I apologize for the short notice however; our contractor is doing their best while Mother Nature and Father Winter negotiate their departure or arrival.
