Please be aware of some of the Rules of the Party Room that must be followed; and are stated in the party room agreemen
1) The party room is closed at 2:00am; the outside patio is closed at 10:00pm - Sunday to Thursday and 12:00am Friday & Saturday. Please vacate the premises at these times.
2) No resident shall permit noisy, rowdy or raucous behavior in or adjacent ot the Party Room nor any behavior or noise which distrubs the comfort & quiet enjoyment of other residents, their families, guests, vistors, and persons having business with them.
