phase 3 water shutoff valves

NB! These valves do not shut off the water to/from your HVAC units.

If a plumber needs access or if there is a water leak in your unit it is useful to know where the shut-off valves are.

Select a film below to view a demonstration of how to shut off (and turn back on) the water in your unit. In penthouse units the location of the shut-off valves may not be as shown in these films. However, once you have located the panel for your shut-off valves, the method for turning of (and on) the water is the same.

It is also a good idea to shut off your water if you are away from your unit for more than a week or two.
