The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Phase 1 (OCSCC 668) will take place on Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010, in the Party Room / Lounge at 383 Cumberland Street. Registration will commence at 6:45pm, and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00pm.
Official notice of this meeting, along with additional information, is being sent to all owners at their address that they've provided to the Corporation.
It is important that you attend the Annual General Meeting, or if you are unable to, to assign someone to attend in your place by using the Proxy form that will be provided with the package you will be receiving. The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to get the latest news, ask questions, and have your say in important matters, including who you wish to have represent you on the Corporation's Board of Directors.
