Phase 1 balcony inspection

For maintenance purposes, the balconies and terraces of the building will be inspected from Wednesday, May 14 to Friday, May 16, 2008. Although the balconies and terraces are for the sole use of owners, the maintenance of those areas is the responsibility of the condominium corporation and railings and dividers will be checked to ensure bolts are properly tightened, etc. If you have ay questions, please contact the superintendent (613-244-4808).
