In case you are not aware, the City of Ottawa is conducting a study into possible lane reduction on King Edward Avenue.
This has the potential to curb traffic and pollution and improve pedestrian and cyclist access in the immediate vicinity of The East Market.
To give our community an opportunity to learn more and provide feedback, the City is holding an open house on Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. There will be a presentation at 7:00pm.
The open house will be taking place a short walk from The East Market, at the Routhier Community Centre at 172 Guigues Street.
