key fobs

using your key fobs

photo of keys and fobKey Fobs allow you to access the building and various ammenties. The building entrances, elevator lobbies at each parking level, and ammenity rooms such as party room and gym are equipped with proximity fob readers. To unlock a door you simply hold your proximity fob within 5 inches of the card reader. The benefit of this system is its ease-of-use as well as its security features. Among other things, the system allows the property manager to add and delete entrants, thereby controlling who can and cannot enter the building.

fobs and remote control for garage door

There are also fob readers at the main garage door on Cumberland Street, which are for the exclusive use of cyclists who have a storage locker in the basement levels of the building, as bicycles are not permitted on the elevators. When accessing the garage by a motor vehicle, you should only open the door using your remote control, or in the case of visitors, by calling up to the resident you are visiting from the enterphone panel at the garage doors. Using the fob reader to gain motor vehicle access to the garage will result in the door closing too quickly to safely enter the garage.
