In addition to individual Board meetings, the phase 1 and 2 boards also hold Joint meetings dealing with matters affecting both phases 1 and 2, including:
- matters affecting shared services that the Corporations are legally bound to cooperate on, such as the garage, most mechanical services and utilities, and shared amenity spaces
- matters where significant cost and efficiency savings can be realized by cooperating, such as shared superintendent, cleaning staff, property management, and regular maintenance
- from time to time there are other matters that equally affect both buildings, such as garbage chute noise
