A number of Phase 1 owners have come forward to express interest in seeing some improvements or upgrades made to our lobby area.
To move forward with this, some volunteers are needed to help come up with a plan for what improvements to make. This is a great opportunity to get directly involved in the decision-making process, help make something happen, and perhaps get to know more of your neighbours in the process. (Without volunteers, it's unlikely this will move forward in the near future.)
