In-Suite AC/Heating Maintenance

Please note that each unit owner is responsible to repair and maintain the heating and cooling apparatus inside their unit.
 
In addition to changing of filters, an annual cleaning of the condensate pan and flushing of the condensate drain is highly recommended.  Failure for the unit owner to perform this maintenance could result in blockage and water damage to yours and other units.
 
The Corporation urges you to contact a mechanical/plumbing contractor of your choice to perform this maintenance. 
 
Here are a few possible contractors (in no particular order) you may wish to contact, or please use any other contractor of your choice.
