FOB REPLACEMENT

Please be advised that as of May 30, 2009, if you have not had your fobs replaced you will no longer have access to the building. Thank to those owners who exchanged their fobs on the dates arranged. Please be advised additional charges will be incurred by the corporation due to the number of owners who did not arrange the replacement on the dates scheduled. This is at cost to all owners and will increase the operating cost for the corporation, which have an effect on your condo fee increases. There was confusion relating to the number of fobs being issued. Let me clarify this. The purpose of replacing the fob is due to the high number of fobs issued over the past years to people who no longer reside in the building or have lost their fobs. As some owners have so many extra fobs and have never reported to management for deactivation this is allowing anyone who finds it access to our buildings. In order to prevent this in the future additional fobs beyond the standard 2 per unit will be issued with limited access ensuring that if a fob is lost, owners will need to report the lost fob to management for cancellation and have the additional fob re-assigned access. Please email Dorothy if you have any questions concerning the security and or fob replacement program. Please also be advised we will be changing the code for the garage remote shortly.
