Heating off for summer

The heating systems in all three phases has now been turned off to help conserve energy and to reduce our expenses.
For phase 3 residents
You may notice that if your thermostat is set above the current room temperature (for example, if thermostat is set at 23 degrees when room temperature is 21 degrees), room temperature air will blow into the room continuously, in an attempt to warm the room. You may want to turn off your thermostat to prevent this from happening, and to conserve energy use. When you want air conditioning, turn the thermostat back on. This is only necessary during teh shoulder season. The thermostat can be left on during consistently warm and cold weather.
