The central heating is being turned on in the phase 1 and 2 buildings today.
There was a mechanical issue which delayed the heat being turned on last Friday, but this has now been corrected, so the system can now be switched over to heating.
To take advantage of the central heating, ensure thermostats are switched to the "on" position, and set to the desired temperature.
Please bear in mind that this also means the air conditioning is now turned off for the season. During the spring and fall seasons, when the air conditioning is off, if you find your unit getting too warm, it is best to open windows and use a fan as necessary, for natural ventilation. However, if you open windows, please ensure that your turn off your thermostats at the same time, to save the energy costs that we all share.
