Have You Heard Any Banging Noises?

During the winter months, some people have noticed banging noises in the phase I and II buildings. During a recent visit when we had an engineer verifying some unrelated repairs done by the builder, we also inquired with the engineer about the noises. The engineer told us that they are likely the result of contraction of building elements due to a drop in exterior temperature. He also said that if this continues to be a concern, that a more detailed investigation could be carried out. Your board members are therefore interested to know if you have been hearing such sounds, and if so, your location in the building, and how loud the sounds are.
