Garage Cleaning Schedule

Please be reminded, the Garage Cleaning involving the Cumberland Street Access Only is scheduled to be performed as outlined below.

PHASE 3 –  Lower level Only will done at a later date, to be determined by Phase 3.

Please be advised that the Garage Cleaning will take place as follows:

Please be advised that as stated above, Van’s Pressure Cleaning LTD has been contracted to perform the garage cleaning.    Please be sure to remove your car between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm on the designated day.  The Corporation or the contractor cannot be held responsible for vehicles that remain.  Vehicles that are not moved will prevent neighbouring spots from being cleaned.  Should your vehicle remain, and spots on either side as well as your own not be cleaned, you could be charged a fee of $80.00 for hand cleaning which will be levied against your unit.  

Please be reminded that personal items are not to be stored in your parking spot.  Failure to remove the items will result in the items being removed for you, at your expense without any liability to the Corporations or their agents as outlined in the Shared Facilities Agreement and listed below.  Please see the Corporations’ Rules & Regulations regarding storing items in your parking spaces.

Please advise visitors that there will be NO VISITORS PARKING permitted on Thursday May 26th, 2011.  Please also be advised that owners are not permitted to use the visitors parking while their spots are being cleaned, as this area is for visitors only.  We ask that all owners ensure they are familiar with the Rules of the Visitor Parking area as tickets issued will not be reversed due to non-registration with Murray Parking Control or breach of the set Visitor Parking Rules.
