Filters, Balconies & Carpet Cleaning
FILTER CHANGES – PHASE I & PHASE II
Please be advised that the Filter Change is scheduled for PHASE 1 & 2 as follows:
Monday, December 6th, 2010 – Friday, December 10th, 2010, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL UNITS BE ACCESSIBLE AT THIS TIME. A representative from Baxtec Mechanical shall require entrance into your unit to change the filters in your fan coil system.
A representative from Management will be accompanying Baxtec Mechanical when entering your unit. We will be using the building master key to gain access to your unit if you are not home. Some units are not on the master key system, so we ask that you contact Dorothy Church to ensure that we have a key to your unit. Please be advised that appointments cannot be made. Please also ensure that you remove everything from in front of your fan coil before Monday December 6th, 2010 at 8:00am. Remember to also ensure that you do not activate your personal alarms in your unit during this period. A notice will be placed in your unit when the filter change is complete.
Balcony Inspections
While Baxtec is replacing your filters access will also be required to your balcony for a final inspection of the glass balcony panels, railing caps and spandrel panels. It has been difficult to find a company that will repair the balcony system and after a great deal of research and site visits a company from Montreal will be working with us to complete the repairs in the spring of 2011.
CARPET CLEANING
Please be advised that Peacock Proclean Inc. has been contracted to steam clean the carpeted areas in the common hallways on the following dates:
PHASE I: 180 York - Wednesday, December 15th, 2010.
PHASE II: 383 Cumberland - Thursday December 16th, 2010
The carpet cleaning will take place between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 PM.
To ensure your safety, and avoid slipping, please take care when walking from carpeted areas to tiled or cement floors.
We thank you for your co-operation, understanding and assistance. Should you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact Management.
