To perform maintenance to the above equipment, the contractor has requested access to units the week of June 9, 2008 from 9am to 5pm. The contractor advises that the work will be about 30 minutes per unit and will be started from the 14th floor down. The superintendent will provide access to units and accompany the contractor at that time unless residents are present. If necessary, please ensure that the superintendent has a key to your unit. Please ensure that fan coils are accessible and without obstruction. Residents are reminded that fan coil(s) in units remain unit owner responsibility.
