You have no doubt noticed that the elevator tiles have not held up to the wear and tear over the last couple years. The builder has kindly provided us some money which will help to cover the cost of replacing these with a more durable tile. In the near future, we will have these tiles replaced with the same type of tiles that have been installed in the phase 2 elevator.
