Electricity Metering Begining Oct 1

Phase 1 and 2 owners will be billed for electricity consumed within your unit begining October 1st, 2009. Condo fees will be decreased effective the same date, so that your condo fees will no longer include the portion for electricity consumed within your units. All the equipment is installed and certified and each unit has now been visited to confirm that connection to the proper meter. Most owners have completed the required enrollment form and provided it to Property Management. However, a number of units have yet to do so. It is imperitive that this be completed before October 1 to allow for a smooth start up of individual unit billing. Not though, that even if not completed, a bill will still be sent to your unit, which you will be required to pay to continue receiving electricity service to your unit. If you have not already received it, you will be receiving a package in the near future with information on the 2009-2010 budget, which will include the exact details on what your new condo fees will be.
