Chiller not Functioning

Dear Owners and Residents of East Market Phase 1 & Phase 2,

 

Please be advised that the chiller is currently not working and we are doing our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. John K., Baxtec Mechanical, and McQuay Air Conditioning Service were onsite working on the chiller. Due to the fact that there are parts that cannot be obtained until tomorrow Tuesday July 30^th, 2013 the building will be without AC throughout the night. 

 

We sympathize with you folks, fingers crossed it is going to be a cool night. 

 

Ways to keep cool:

• Keep your blinds closed
• Have a fan running
• Keep your lights and stove off (use microwave instead)
• Avoid doing laundry
