This winter/spring, most of our board members took the Canadian Condominium Institute Directors Course. This 10 hour course covers topics such as the Condominium Act, building maintenance and improvement, reserve funds, financial management, operating procedures, benefiting from the corporation's professionals, common problems and had tonnes of practical advice. This course helps to ensure that our condominiums have the benefit of the most up-to-date information and advice.
