John joins your Management Team with many years of professional experience as a Condominium Building Superintendent and graduated from Algonquin College in 2003 after successfully completing a 2-year Building Environmental Systems program with honours. John’s expertise in building systems, Heating & Air Conditioning, Electrical Systems and Building Controls along with his shared focus on Fire and Life Safety concerns will complement the focus of your team, your Board of Directors and our dedication to the East Market community.
Please be reminded that it will take some time for John to become familiar with The East Market buildings, Rules and Regulations and clients.
We are also very happy to announce that Sonny Roslan will become our Cleaning Superintendent upon his return from the Philippines, his mother’s final place of rest. Sonny will also be assisting with the after hours on call demands that previously were covered solely by the Building Superintend.
