A Joint Phase I and II letter has been sent to the CEO of Bell expressing our disappointment that they have not fulfilled their agreement to provide residents with access to the “closed circuit tv / in-suite monitoring†of the entry lobby. A response was received on March 28th in which it was mentioned that “180 York St. has CCTV, it just had a technical problem. 383 Cumberland St., we were not advised that the Camera had been installed, so we had not provided a connection. The technician is on route to look at both issuesâ€ÂÂ. Should owners still experience problems in April, your Board Members would appreciate knowing about it.
