As a reminder to all phase 1 and 2 gym users, the gym facility closes at 11pm sharp. Recently there have been incidences of a few individuals entering the gym shortly before the door locks at 11pm, and remaining well past the closing time.
Out of respect for your neighbours, we ask that everyone follows the rules and vacates the gym by 11pm. It is important for everyone to understand that if the violations of the hours continue, the condominium corporations have an obligation to take appropriate and reasonable steps to protect the rights to quiet enjoyment of residents in the vicinity of the gym.
You can also help ensure the gym works for everyone in our community, by reminding other gym users when it is approaching the 11pm closing time.
