Heating, air conditioning, hot and cold water and sewer utilities are all included as part of your monthly condo fees. Your monthly condo fees also cover insurance for the building as a whole and maintenance of the common areas such as hallways, elevators, lobby, garage, mechanical equipment, windows and building exterior. We employ a management company to handle various aspects of the management of the building, including collecting condo fees. You may pay your condo fees by postdated cheques or pre-authorized debit from your bank account. Contact our property management company

For phase 1 and 2 owners, you need to setup an account with EnerCare
for the electricity service to your unit. If you are renting a unit, the unit owner (landlord) may be including the electricity charges in your rent, or you may be responsible for the electricity charges in addition to rent, depending on what you agreed to in your lease with the unit owner. For phase 3 owners, in-unit electricity is currently part of your monthly condo fees.
