To complete the annual inspection of the building's fire protection system, the contractor needs access to your unit to test equipment including heat detectors. Phase 1 units will be inspected on Monday January 7 2008, and Tuesday January 8 from 9am to 5pm. The superintendent will provide access to units and accompany the contractor on the above dates unless residents are present. If necessary, please ensure that the superintendent has a key to your unit. If the contractor is unable to get into your unit, owners may be charged a return service call.
