We are working diligently to get the phase 1 and 2 system switched over to air conditioning.
However, this cannot be completed until we are confident that temperatures will remain within the safe operating temperature range for the air conditioning equipment. Also, we have run into some mechanical complications which are being addressed. This work is being completed as soon as possible, after which time we anticipate that we will be able to have the system switched over to air conditioning.
In the meantime, residents are advised to turn off their heating, close window coverings and open windows as appropriate, to use natural ventilation to control temperatures.
