The Annual General Meeting of Phase 2 owners will take place Tuesday, March 24 in the Party Room. Registration and reception will begin at 6:30pm, light refreshments and snacks will be served, and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
Included in this meeting will be more information on the individual electricity metering initiative that we have written about in past newsletters.
Owners will be receiving their information packages shortly. These will be delivered to your unit unless you have previously notified the corporation of a different address you want correspondence mailed to. Your package will include a proxy form that you can use to appoint someone, such as a neighbour or the property manager, to vote on your behalf if you are unable to attend in person.
