AGM Pre-Notice Calling Directors
ADVANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of Owners of Ottawa Carleton Standard Condominium Corporation No. 668 (the “Corporation”) will be held on or about March 14, 2013 @ 7:00 p.m. in the evening , at 383 Cumberland Street, Ottawa, Ontario in the Party Room.
Pursuant to the Condominium Act, 1998, which came into effect on May 5, 2001, an advance notice is required in order to canvass owners concerning their interest in becoming a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors. Attached is an information notice in this regard.
One Director, for a three-year term, will be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
Should you be interested in becoming a candidate, please notify the Corporation on or before FEBRUARY 26th, 2012 4:00 p.m., by completing the attached nomination form. The completed form should be faxed, emailed or mailed to the undersigned at the fax number or address indicated below.
The formal notice of Annual General Meeting will be forwarded on or about February 27th, 2013. Included in the Owner's Report will be a proxy form listing all persons who have been nominated.
