AGM Pre-Notice Calling Directors
ADVANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of Owners of Ottawa Carleton Standard Condominium Corporation No. 676 (the “Corporation”) will be held on or about Thrusday March 21st, 2013 @ 7:00 p.m. in the evening , at 383 Cumberland Street, Ottawa, Ontario in the Party Room. Registration will commence at 6:30p.m.
Pursuant to the Condominium Act, 1998, which came into effect on May 5, 2001, an advance notice is required in order to canvass owners concerning their interest in becoming a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors. Attached is an information notice in this regard.
One Director, for a three-year term, are to be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
Should you be interested in becoming a candidate, please notify the Corporation on or before March 1, 2013 at 12:00 pm (noon), by completing the attached nomination form. The completed form must be faxed, emailed or mailed to the undersigned at the fax number or addresses indicated below by 12:00 pm (noon)
The formal notice of Annual General Meeting will be forwarded on or about March 5th, 2013. in the Owner's Report will be a proxy form listing all persons who have been nominated.
