The phase 1 Board will be scheduling the 2007 AGM to take place in late-January or early-February. Prior to the meeting, you will receive a package notifying you of the exact date and time of the meeting, together with financial statements, proxy forms if you would like to appoint someone to attend and vote on your behalf, together with other relevant material. This package will also provide directions for any owners, such as owners of ground floor retail units, who do not otherwise have access to the party room.
