2007 AGM Highlights

Here are the highlights from the 2007 AGM meeting that took place in February:

• Denis Proulx and Anna Dolan elected to the Board
• Financial statements as of September 30, 2006 approved
• Minutes of the previous AGM approved
• Re-appointment approved for OHCD as Auditor General for 2007-2008
• Approval of Bylaw #2 (Standard Unit Description)
• Bylaw #3 (Insurance Deductibility) - not yet passed

On behalf of all owners, the Board wishes to offer their heartfelt thanks to Christine Short in her former capacity as President of the Condo Board. Her devotion, commitment and hard work proved to in invaluable, especially with our financial debt now cleared! Wishing congratulations and a warm welcome to our newly elected Board Members: Denis Proulx as Vice-President and Anna Dolan as Treasurer.
