condo fees

Heating, air conditioning, hot and cold water and sewer utilities are all included as part of your monthly condo fees. Your monthly condo fees also cover insurance for the building as a whole and maintenance of the common areas such as hallways, elevators, lobby, garage, mechanical equipment, windows and building exterior. We employ a management company to handle various aspects of the management of the building, including collecting condo fees. You may pay your condo fees by postdated cheques or pre-authorized debit from your bank account. Contact our property management company to arrange your preferred method of condo fee payments.

electricity

For phase 1 and 2 owners, you need to setup an account with Stratacon for the electricity service to your unit. If you are renting a unit, the unit owner (landlord) may be including the electricity charges in your rent, or you may be responsible for the electricity charges in addition to rent, depending on what you agreed to in your lease with the unit owner. For phase 3 owners, in-unit electricity is currently part of your monthly condo fees.

telephone

You can arrange for home telephone service from any local provider, such as Bell.

cable television

The East Market is serviced by both Rogers Cable and Bell ExpressVu.

high speed internet

The building is serviced by cable internet providers such as Rogers Cable and DSL providers such as Bell.
