I live in the Spire 1 unit and my kitchen tap is spraying water across the room from under the lever every time I turn it on.  Someone suggested I turn off the main water and take the tap apart, but I looked under the sink, and there isn't a water shut-off.  I checked under the bathroom sink behind the panel and turned off the "main water valve" there but water is still flowing from the kitchen tap.  Where is the shut off for the kitchen sink??

Also, can anyone recommend someone to take a look at my faucet and figure out what's wrong with it?

As you are all aware, we've received notice from the management company about maintening our heating/cooling apparatus inside our units.

Can anyone recommend a company that they've had no problems with to come and take a look at my unit?
