I am renting out my parking space.

Secure, indoor parking. This "limited edition" space, originally sold with one of the penthouse units, is conveniently located on the P1 level, easily accessible from the elevators of The East Market phases 1, 2 and 3. Unlike many spots in the garage, this one does not involve driving through an endless maze to reach your parking spot. Plus, there are no parking spots on either side, so no worries about a neighbour opening their door and inadvertently damaging your vehicle.

Available on a month-to-month or long-term basis. The space will next be available starting May 1st, at a monthly rate of $175. Garage door remote is included.
