Further to the letter we received from Val Roca Management about the repair and maintenance of the unit, can someone recommend a contractor that would look after this maintenance.  I find it's unfortunate that it is not included in our condo fees.  Please E-mail me at carole.brunet@hotmail.com if anyone has information for me.  Thank you.
