2006 Window Cleaning

Phase 1 window cleaning has been done for inaccessible windows.

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to reach a balanced budget while still receiving high quality service, we've looked at alternative window cleaning contracts. The best quote we received from among the trusted companies was significantly higher than what we’ve previously paid. Therefore, to keep costs under control, this summer the window cleaning is being done only for those windows that are not accessible for cleaning by owners themselves. You will be responsible for any cleaning needed of windows located at balconies, and the inside side of the balcony railing glass. If you are doing this cleaning yourself, for safety reasons do not stand on chairs, tables or ladders to reach the top of windows. Instead, use a squeegee with a sufficiently long handle or pole to reach the top of windows while standing on your balcony.

We are still short a handful of votes needed to reach quorum and pass the two new bylaws pertaining to standard unit definition and insurance deductibles. If you have not yet placed your vote, it is very important that your vote is registered. It is easy to vote. You can simply pick up a proxy form next to the newsletters in the mailroom. Once you have filled it in, simply deposit it in the slot in Mike's mailbox in the mailroom. If you have any questions about these bylaws, you can contact our property manager, Mike Murphy.
