Building Superintendent

Building Superintendent

Phase 1 | Phase 2

Please note that, after careful consideration and review, David has decided to stay with us on an as needed basis (part-time). We would like to thank David for his continued support and assistance during the transition period and as we welcome our new full-time Building Superintendent.

Please also join us in welcoming to your Management Team, John Kadolph as your Condominium Building Superintendent. John joins your Management Team with many years of professional experience as a Condominium Building Superintendent and graduated from Algonquin College in 2003 after successfully completing a 2-year Building Environmental Systems program with honours. John’s expertise in building systems, Heating & Air Conditioning, Electrical Systems and Building Controls along with his shared focus on Fire and Life Safety concerns will complement the focus of your team, your Board of Directors and our dedication to the East Market community.

Please be reminded that it will take some time for John to become familiar with The East Market buildings, Rules and Regulations and clients.

We are also very happy to announce that Sonny Roslan will become our Cleaning Superintendent upon his return from the Philippines, his mother’s final place of rest. Sonny will also be assisting with the after hours on call demands that previously were covered solely by the Building Superintend.

To contact your Site Superintended please call the office number at 613-244-4808 and your call will be replied to promptly. Please keep in mind until John is familiar with the building there could be a delay. You can also email the site staff at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please be reminded that it will take some time for John to become familiar with The East Market. It is very important that you make your requests, other than name changes or booking of the party room with Dorothy Church and Elisha Lalonde.

Everyone’s patience during this staff shortage and turnover has been greatly appreciate and makes The East Market owners some of the best in Ottawa.
