Ottawa Valley Contractor Review

 

Please be advised that Ottawa Valley will be reviewing all requested inspection work such as windows and spandrel panels and balcony glass at The East Market, Phases 1 & 2, during the days of: 

 

Wednesday September 12th & Thursday September 13th, 2012

 

Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

 

We require access to your unit.  

 

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL UNITS BE ACCESSIBLE AT THIS TIME.   A representative from Ottawa Valley Glass will require entrance into your unit to determine the final number of spandrel panel replacements, balcony and window deficiencies.

 

A representative from your Management team will be accompanying Ottawa Valley Glass when entering your unit.  We will be using the building master key to gain access to your unit if you are not home.  Some units are not on the master key system, so we ask that you contact Elisha Lalonde (Property Administrator) and provide suitable arrangements.  Please be advised that appointments cannot be made. A notice will be left in your unit, advising you when the investigation in your unit has been completed.
